AI Features Notice
Last updated 2 November 2026 Version 2026-11-02
A short notice about the AI features in PharmaERP Corporate. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. What the AI features do
On the Business and Enterprise plans (not on Starter), PharmaERP Corporate uses artificial intelligence to read and extract data from documents (such as purchase orders, tenders and invoices), match items, draft letters and other text, and answer questions in the assistant. AI features run only when a user starts them.
2. Check every result
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and may sound confident when it is wrong.
- A person must review and correct AI output before it is saved, approved, signed or sent, and before any decision is based on it.
- AI output is not medical, pharmaceutical, regulatory, legal, tax or financial advice.
- You are responsible for how you use AI output. We do not guarantee any result and are not liable for decisions made in reliance on unreviewed AI output.
3. Third-party model provider
The AI features currently use Google’s Gemini models. The content needed for a request (for example the document being read or the question asked) is sent to Google to produce the answer, and is processed in Google data centres that may be outside Oman. Under the terms we use, Google does not use that content to train its models, and we do not use it to train models either. We may change the model or provider; the Privacy Policy lists the providers we use.
4. What not to submit
Do not submit content you are not allowed to share, or special categories of personal data (such as patient health data) unless the law allows it and you hold any permit required.
5. Allowances and limits
AI features are included only in the Business and Enterprise plans. Each Business account has a monthly fair-use AI allowance set by us (smaller during a Business trial), measured by the AI provider’s usage cost; Enterprise accounts have the allowance agreed in writing. When it is reached, AI features pause until the next month unless you ask for a higher limit at info@ciispc.com. Unused usage does not carry over. A dedicated provider key may be assigned to an account. Fair-use and technical limits apply, and AI features pause when an account becomes read-only.
6. Human review and questions
The Service does not make decisions about individuals by automated processing alone. If you think an AI result affects you, you can object and ask for a human review by emailing info@ciispc.com.
